I went to a seminar today on Boosting Your Business through Facebook. Since I'm involved heavily with Sci-Fi on the Rock and Avalon Expo, as well as trying to help get Pitcher Plant Productions AND Justin Foley Entertainment off the ground with basically NADA in the way of personal financial resources, I'd give this thing a shot (especially since the seminar was free--thanks, Facebook!)

Many of the things talked about today, I already knew...I'm already familiar with Facebook's Page tools and insights and so forth, however they did go into some more detail about the finer aspects of targeting the audience who is advertised to, which was actually quite helpful. Additionally, just through peoples' talking, I got a lot of ideas that I can add to JFE, Sci-Fi and Pitcher Plant...and to my own personal self...as you can see, I've adopted the title "Entertainment and Event Consultant", which actually describes me quite well.

And they said you can't teach an old dog new tricks! HA!

Welcome to the redesigned Justin Foley website--or, as I like to call it now, my Port-Foley-O!
I know, cheesy...but that's me, isn't it? King of the dad joke, the man who moshes in a suit, the guy with the best last name for puns (every time I get broken up with, I say my ex wanted to start ex-Foley-ating!)

Anyway--this new design is much easier to maintain and update, as opposed to my older, horrendously out-of-date site. So hopefully I can be way more diligent with my updates. Come across as being somewhat professional...right...
